Orphan’s Surprise Ending

Read a (generally mixed) reviews for evil-horror film Orphan adopted this morning and you’ll probably mention the film’s twist ending, Roger Ebert, who describes as “rather surprising” and variety Todd McCarthy said “in style in The Crying Game its surprise quotient.” We understood it was a paint by numbers Bad Seed rip-off – what could possibly be so shocking? And if, like us, you are too afraid to pass through a horror film to discover? Do not worry! We faced the same scary-Is not It Cool News reviews section and found the answer. Spoilers ahead, of course!

So what is the terrible secret of Esther, the incumbent European orphan adopted by Vera Farmiga and Peter Sarsgaard, who is clearly responsible for all the terrible things that occur in the trailer? According to someone who has seen this:

Esther is really a 33-year-old woman who was born in proportional dwarfism which causes the appearance of a child. It also happens to be a former prostitute, which is rich clients pedophiles. The reason why she covered her neck because she was once asylum and has fought both in his jacket which he has left deep scars on his neck.

Good! The film has already prompted calls for a boycott of interest groups involved, it could “perpetuate gross misinformation about adoption.” But if the lessons of the orphan can prevent an accidental family home of a prostitute thirtysomething deadly dwarves in their homes, then we are all for him.
